Former announcer Kim Ji-won resigns from KBS and challenges oriental medicine.
Kim Ji-won posted a message on her Instagram on the 15th, saying, “Now I’m going to put down my job as KBS announcer and take a new step toward challenging oriental medicine.”
“As I have lived my whole life with broadcasting from child to announcer, I realized that I felt joy when delivering the insight that I found through my own consideration rather than simply speaking.” A little more like me, I need to study again to shape what I want,” he said, explaining why he decided to change his mind.
“I spent time as a patient because of the recent crisis of my life, Burnout, and I met a Chinese medicine that I really wanted to dig into,” he said. “It’s nice to shine beautifully, but I want to be a deeper person.” Even if it ends in failure, we will try to make the final challenge to become a new concept of cogwheel that capitalism cannot replace.”
And he said, “I still have a certain amount of freedom of retirement and a role model that I want to overcome! But I think it’ll work. “I’m going to do it until it works,” he said. “My 15th try will be shared through real-time YouTube. Let’s start with the mock test in March.

Now I’m going to drop out of my job as KBS announcer and take a new step toward challenging oriental medicine!
As I have lived my life with broadcasting from child to announcer, I realized that I felt joy when delivering the insight that I found after thinking about it rather than just saying it. A little more like me, I needed to study again to shape what I wanted.
For a while, I stopped at the point of “So what area of expertise do you want to have?” Recently, I was spending time as a patient because of Burnout, the biggest crisis in my life, and I met a Chinese medicine that I really wanted to dig into.
It’s good to shine beautifully, but I want to be a deeper person. Even if it ends in failure, I will try to make the final challenge to become a new concept of cogwheel that capitalism cannot replace. I still have a little bit of freedom of retirement and a role model that I want to overcome!
