Q: I’m a middle school girl. It’s been a while since I’ve had symptoms of standing hypotension. It’s been okay for a while, but it’s gotten worse these days. My head is blank, dizzy, and tired as if I were dreaming. My hands and feet are cold and out of breath.

I’m on a diet, so I only eat one or two meals a day. For 10 months. I usually only eat lunch. I am 13 years old and 160cm tall and weigh 47kg.

I feel like I’m floating in the water or in the clouds. It’s okay when I’m lying down, but I feel like I’m floating like a balloon when I toss and turn, and I feel like someone is bothering me before I go to sleep.
